It is not the website of the Indian Army or of the Parachute Regiment (Special Forces), it is not a government website, and it does not automatically represent, speak for or act on behalf of any government, armed force, intelligence agency or military organisation.

Where this website refers to special-forces, military or law-enforcement experience, it is describing the professional background of individual specialists — not an official relationship.

Where an engagement requires contact with public authorities, such as notifications or permits required by local law, that contact takes place as a private organisation working through the proper channels, never on the basis of any claimed official status.

Para Special Forces provides lawful security, protection, training and risk-management services to individuals, families and organisations. Yes, where it is appropriate and lawful. Appropriately qualified former special-forces, military and law-enforcement personnel may work with the organisation, but only where their engagement is legally permitted and all relevant obligations and permissions have been satisfied.

In practice, that means any post-service restrictions, required government permissions, licensing, work authorisation, and contractual and confidentiality obligations must be addressed before an engagement is considered. Former personnel are valued for the discipline, planning and composure that experience develops, and they are matched to requirements on the basis of relevant qualifications rather than background alone. No. Previous military or government service does not automatically confer current government authority. Once someone has left service, they act as a private individual, subject to the same laws as anyone else in the place where they are working.

Specialists working with the organisation hold no police, military or governmental powers because of their background. They may do only what the law of that jurisdiction permits a private person, or a licensed security professional, to do. They do not wear insignia or uniforms that imply official status, and they do not present themselves as acting for any government.

Experience develops judgement, discipline and composure. It does not create authority, and a responsible provider should never suggest otherwise.

Specialists go through appropriate verification and qualification procedures before they are considered for any engagement. Depending on the role, and on what the law permits in the relevant jurisdiction, this can include confirming identity and the right to work, reviewing professional history and references, checking qualifications and whether they are current, appropriate background checks, and confirming that any post-service restrictions and permissions have been satisfied.

Yes. Executive protection is available for executives, principals, families and visiting guests, subject to the law and licensing requirements of the place where the work takes place. Good protection is mostly preparation: understanding the person and their routine, assessing the environment, planning movements and contingencies, and coordinating discreetly with the people around them.

Arrangements are proportionate. Some clients need a protective plan and advice rather than a visible presence; others need trained specialists alongside them for a period. International support may be available, but whether a particular assignment can proceed depends on the applicable law, licensing and authorisation in every jurisdiction involved. Private security is regulated very differently from one country to another, and some activities, or the involvement of foreign personnel, are restricted or not permitted at all.

Each international requirement is therefore considered jurisdiction by jurisdiction. Where lawful delivery requires a locally licensed partner, the work is structured that way; where the necessary permissions, licences or work authorisation cannot be obtained, the assignment does not proceed. Yes — lawful personal safety and defensive-awareness training for individuals, families, teams and organisations. The emphasis is on prevention: situational awareness, recognising and avoiding risk, personal safety while travelling, de-escalation, and calm decision-making under pressure, alongside lawful defensive awareness appropriate to the participants.

Training is not about aggression or confrontation, and it is framed around the law on self-defence as it applies to the people taking part. Programmes are adapted to the audience and their circumstances. The training page describes the full approach.

Yes. A security assessment examines the circumstances of a person, family, property or organisation to identify the risks that genuinely matter, the vulnerabilities that could be exploited, and proportionate measures to reduce them. Depending on the requirement, it might consider premises, travel, events, routines, information exposure or organisational preparedness.

Yes. Information about clients, their families, organisations, routines and requirements is treated as confidential. It is shared only with those who need it to deliver the work, specialists and partners are bound by confidentiality obligations, and information is kept only for as long as it is needed.

Confidentiality does, however, operate within the law. Where disclosure is required by law, by a court or by a competent authority, information may have to be disclosed, and confidentiality is never used to conceal unlawful activity.
